A one-on-one yoga, meditation, and/ or pranayama experience, allowing for the customization of your own personalized class based on your individual goals for mindfulness, skill improvement, flexibility, mobility, strength, injury prevention, remedial therapy, and/ or stress relief. More frequent Thai massage-inspired adjustments and attention to individual alignment will be provided along with the opportunity to workshop the specific poses and transitions of your choice.

SEVEN DOORWAYS
Awaken your body, mind, and spirit in this powerful form of moving meditation inspired by Jonny Kest’s signature spin on Power Vinyasa Yoga. Flow through dynamic, creative sequences linked with breath that cultivate physical, mental, and emotional strength, flexibility, and resilience. Each doorway guides you toward your authentic self, stripping away distraction and reconnecting you with the pure essence of your being. You leave the practice grounded, empowered, and fully alive—embodying equanimity, presence, and an unshakable remembrance of who you are.
ALIGNMENT BASED VINYASA
Vinyasa yoga with a classical and anatomical twist. The movements are more specific, the poses more purposeful, and the teaching style is more intentional, with deep consideration given to the alignment and anatomical benefits of each shape. It’s less about overly intricate sequences and more about smart cueing, micro-adjustments and intelligent movements to facilitate greater self-awareness and mind-body connection. Think of it as a more refined, functional version of modern Vinyasa.
HATHA
Hatha Yoga—“Ha” meaning sun and “Tha” meaning moon in Sanskrit—is a practice of balance, uniting strength and softness, effort and ease. This mindful class blends a conscious flow of postures to cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner balance. Focusing on alignment, control, and presence, it’s perfect for all levels and offers a chance to reconnect with your body, restore energy, and carry a sense of harmony off the mat
YIN
A slow-paced, meditative practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, including ligaments, joints, and fascia. Poses are held for longer periods to improve flexibility, release tension, and cultivate mindfulness. This class encourages deep relaxation, stress relief, and a greater sense of balance—both physically and mentally—making it perfect for recovery, restoration, and enhancing overall well-being.
RESTORATIVE
Experience deep relaxation and full-body restoration on the muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems through passive stretching and long-held poses. Using supportive props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, your body is fully cradled, allowing tension to melt away and energy to rebalance.
