PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE YOGA

A one-on-one yoga, meditation, and/ or pranayama experience, allowing for the customization of your own personalized class based on your individual goals for mindfulness, skill improvement, flexibility, mobility, strength, injury prevention, remedial therapy, and/ or stress relief. More frequent Thai massage-inspired adjustments and attention to individual alignment will be provided along with the opportunity to workshop the specific poses and transitions of your choice.

PRIVATE GROUP YOGA

Exclusively for your individual group of friends, family, coworkers or clients, so that each class can be customized to consider the unique goals and needs of your participants. These events make for empowering team-building experiences.

 

ALIGNMENT BASED VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa yoga with a classical and anatomical twist. The movements are more specific, the poses more purposeful, and the teaching style is more intentional, with deep consideration given to the alignment and anatomical benefits of each shape. It’s less about overly intricate sequences and more about smart actions and intelligent movements to facilitate self-awareness and mind-body connection. Think of it as a more refined, functional version of modern Vinyasa.

POWER YOGA
A fast-paced, athletic spin on modern Vinyasa - incorporating signature strength training and Pilates moves within a heart-pumping yoga flow.

YIN-YASA
A relaxing “slow flow” yoga class that blends the long, restorative asana holds characteristic of Yin yoga within the fluid transitions and sequences of a typical Vinyasa yoga class.

RESTORATIVE

Deep relaxation and restoration on the muscular, skeletal and neurological levels through passive stretching and long holds with the use of props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, to completely support your body.

PRIVATE GUIDED MEDITATION

Available for both Personal & Group experiences.

A blissful state of mindfulness and inner peace (or as we like to call it, an inner vacation) attained through carefully led pranayama (breath work), restorative postures, and verbal direction. Meditation teaches you to attend to what is taking place within without reacting, bringing you freedom from internal and external distractions. In this freedom you begin to experience who you are, distinct from your mental and physical turmoil. You experience inner joy, contentment, relief and relaxation, allowing you to bring greater clarity and mental strength to your day-to-day life.
