STRENGTH & MUSCLE MASS GAIN

Enhance strength and muscle mass gains through a carefully calibrated resistance training design. High intensity interval training may be included to ensure that the weight gain is primarily lean muscle, however this training focuses primarily on intense weight training and strength conditioning.

SPORT SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE

Specific periodization of focused training that mimics key aspects of your sport, such as movement patterns, agility, strength, explosiveness, and speed, keeping your workload as high as possible without overtraining. POST REHABILITATIVE

A functional training design to systematically rebuild coordination, mobility, stability, strength and cardiovascular abilities post illness or injury. The goal is to reintegrate you back into daily life activities as fast and efficiently as possible. This may require comprehensive assessments to determine risk factors. We may also need to work closely together with your healthcare professionals to optimize the training and care that you need to get back to the best version of yourself.

BEACH BOOTCAMP

With nature as your gym, this isn’t just a workout, it’s a primal experience. High-energy circuits challenge your body while training with raw elements such as rocks, trees, driftwood and the shoreline itself, challenge your mind, creating a workout that’s as gritty as it is exhilarating. Smart modifications ensure every fitness level can join the fun, but the feeling of power, resilience, and unstoppable energy is the same for everyone. By the end, you’re not just sweaty—you’re stronger, fiercer, and more fully alive.

HIIT

Power up your performance with this high-energy, sports-inspired class designed to challenge the entire body. Dynamic bodyweight circuits and functional strength training build power, stability, and cardiovascular endurance. Structured HIIT intervals push intensity to elevate metabolism and deliver a powerful afterburn effect, keeping you burning calories long after the workout ends.

SCULPT

A low-impact class incorporating the controlled, repetitive movements, precise actions, isometric contractions and long holds of signature Pilates and Barre moves within fluid yoga sequences. The aim is to create Lean muscle while improving postural alignment, strength, flexibility, mobility, mind-body connection, proprioception and coordination - skills that enable strong, toned, healthy bodies on and off the mat.
